Mr. Nippy Hoof Resect Nippers

CS Resection nippers are 12? (305mm) in length. They're machined and hand finished from chrome vanadium tool steel. The protruding full curved blade (Parrot Beak) allows a cut to be made from almost any angle also allowing for plunge cuts for fast horn removal. Very effective in  equine veterinary surgical situations requiring pre-op horn extraction. The packaging is designed to allow for easy identification  and protect the tool when not in use.
